FIERI — Learning & Becoming
Grounded in research and practice on adult learning, growth, and transformation, we support the development of people and organizations.
Discover FIERI ↘We live in a time of rapid change, where clear-cut answers are increasingly hard to find. We face questions that cannot be answered by experience and knowledge alone. As the environments surrounding society, organizations, and individuals become more complex, familiar approaches and past successes no longer always suffice. What we need is not simply to adapt to change, but to keep renewing how we see ourselves and the world so we can engage with new challenges and questions.
For FIERI, learning and growth go beyond acquiring knowledge and skills. They involve becoming aware of how we understand ourselves and the world, broadening our perspectives, and learning through dialogue with others to hold more complex realities. They also mean developing a deeper understanding of who we are and using our potential to contribute more meaningfully to society.
It begins with each person’s leadership. By using our strengths intentionally, learning with others, and working together, we can help create a better future. We believe the individuality and agency of each person can open up new possibilities for organizations and society.
The name comes from the Latin fieri, “to become.” People and organizations are never finished; FIERI exists to help open up the possibilities that emerge through learning and relationships.
Founder of FIERI. Completed an M.A. in Adult Learning & Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University, in May 2026. Her work explores adult learning, adult development, leadership, and the processes through which learning and change emerge.
Drawing on adult learning theory, developmental psychology, and leadership studies, she is interested in how people’s perspectives, assumptions, and relationships change—not only how they acquire knowledge and skills. Her work explores learning and growth holistically, including cognition, emotion, and the body, bridging theory and practice.
She hopes to help create a world where people can realize their potential, draw on their strengths, and contribute to others and society. She works to create the relationships and environments that enable people and organizations to keep learning and growing.
Earlier in her career, she spent seven years in the energy business at Mitsubishi Corporation, followed by work at Egon Zehnder, a leadership advisory firm, where she was involved in executive assessment, leadership development, and next-generation leader development.
